01 / WHAT WE COLLECT

When you visit our site, we collect basic analytics — pages viewed, rough location, device type. When you contact us or book an audit, we collect what you give us: name, email, the details of what you're trying to build. We don't collect anything we don't need.

02 / WHY WE COLLECT IT

Analytics tells us which parts of the site are working. Contact details let us reply to you. Audit details let us prepare for the call. That's it. We don't sell data. We don't run ads against you. We don't share any of this with third parties except the tools we use to operate (listed below).

03 / WHAT WE USE

We rely on a small set of tools: Cal.com (for booking), our email provider (for replies), Vercel (hosting), and a privacy-respecting analytics tool. Each of these has its own privacy policy. None of them get more data than they need.

04 / HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Contact and audit data: as long as we're working with you, plus three years for our records. Analytics: anonymized after 12 months. Anything else: deleted as soon as we no longer need it.

05 / YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us what data we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lvdlabs.io. We'll respond within 14 days, usually faster.

06 / COOKIES

We use cookies for analytics and basic site functionality. No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

07 / CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

When we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the "last updated" date. If the change is significant, we'll email anyone we already have an active engagement with.
