K&O Elite Dwellings is a Manchester-based construction firm (kitchens, extensions, plastering, joinery) that was losing enquiries and missing Google reviews because everything ran on WhatsApp and memory. LVD Labs designed, built, and now operates a managed AI system across four agents: a Lead Catcher (web-form + Claude-driven WhatsApp bot with save_lead tool), a Review Collector (auto review requests on job Done + AI-drafted GBP reply approval queue), a Stay-in-Touch nurture engine (anniversary / seasonal touches with a 12h hold window), and an AI Ads generator for Facebook. The whole system runs on infrastructure K&O owns — VPS, Supabase, Resend, GBP OAuth — fully transferable at any time. She operates it from a single dashboard; we handle every piece of plumbing behind it.

A custom salon CRM for Clips N'Cutz Unisex Salon in Lagos, replacing scattered notebooks and WhatsApp threads with one mobile-first system for walk-ins, bookings, multi-staff commission tracking, and weekly payouts. Three role-based dashboards (owner, manager, staff) sit behind PIN auth, with five automated WhatsApp flows — booking confirmations, 24h/2h reminders, 7-day follow-ups, and 30-day re-engagement — running on Africa's Talking and migrating to Meta WhatsApp Cloud API once the dedicated line is approved.
